• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts via approved payment methods, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process required by qq333bet before processing withdrawals or raising account limits, which may include provision of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method.

qq333bet accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Financial Process Exchange (FPX), Maybank2u (Maybank online banking), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 and the maximum single deposit is RM30,000, subject to method-specific limits. qq333bet reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and limits at any time.

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are processed instantly. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by qq333bet. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. qq333bet targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for approved withdrawals to e-wallets and DuitNow, though actual processing times may vary. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Players must meet the stated rollover requirement in full before any withdrawal request relating to Bonus Funds will be processed. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by qq333bet's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including event, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming any wager. qq333bet will not reverse confirmed bets based on Player error, unless an obvious technical error on the part of qq333bet can be clearly demonstrated.

All odds displayed on qq333bet are expressed in decimal format by default and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that shall apply to the bet. qq333bet reserves the right to correct any odds that are published as a result of a manifest error. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the corrected price.

A bet may be declared void by qq333bet in the following circumstances, among others: where the event is abandoned or cancelled; where a technical error in our systems results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price; where a bet is placed on an event whose result was already known at the time the bet was placed; or where fraud or collusion is detected in connection with the bet.

Live betting markets on events such as EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, and UFC bouts operate on real-time data feeds. qq333bet does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of live markets and shall not be liable for the closure of markets during an event due to data feed disruptions, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qq333bet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account use;
• Using qq333bet for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing qq333bet using a VPN, proxy server, or any other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security measures;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in qq333bet's systems for financial gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from qq333bet's promotional offers;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Using third-party betting software, automated betting bots, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with qq333bet's platform;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to qq333bet through your bank or payment provider;
• Sharing account access with any other person, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

qq333bet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or where suspension is required for compliance with applicable regulations. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.

In the event that qq333bet terminates a Player's account due to a breach of these Terms, all Real Money Funds held in the account at the time of termination will be forfeited if the breach involved fraud, multiple account creation, age misrepresentation, or money laundering. Where the breach did not involve fraudulent conduct, qq333bet will endeavour to return any verifiable Real Money Funds to the Player via the most recent deposit payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting qq333bet's support team. Before closing your account, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (after deducting any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to KYC requirements.

qq333bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the wellbeing of its players. Access to qq333bet is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use qq333bet solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any qq333bet content without our express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of qq333bet's intellectual property — including scraping, reproducing, or repurposing qq333bet's brand assets, odds data, or game content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq333bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — even if qq333bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

qq333bet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform, arising under any legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player into their qq333bet account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit qq333bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

qq333bet does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or in the event of technical failures beyond our control.

qq333bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to eligibility requirements, fee structures, or core rules — qq333bet will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

For minor or clarificatory amendments, changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of qq333bet following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
